Record Drawings: We survey the areas in your home where work will occur and produce accurate drawings of the existing conditions that will serve as the basis of the design.

Concept Plans: We create conceptual plans and develop a written scope of work, which is essential for accurate pricing.

Contractor Engagement: We will assist you in liaising with general contractors and specialty vendors to get preliminary pricing for your project.

Project Strategy: Once you receive pricing estimates, we will review everything with you and help you determine the next steps for your project.

If you are considering architecture or design services but are unsure about how to proceed, or you would like expert advice that you can implement on your own, then a consultation is the perfect starting point. Our team will provide guidance tailored to your specific project based on our extensive knowledge and experience. This is a low-risk and highly valuable service. Every consultation includes:

Kickoff: A 15-minute discovery call to understand your needs and goals.

Alignment: we’ll internally review any project documentation you provide. This could be Pinterest boards, a project outline, etc.

Consultation: We’ll schedule an in-person or virtual meeting to share our design advice, budget parameters, and best practices for your project. Meetings can be scheduled for 1-3 hours, depending on the size of project and scope of advisory services.
